In a small bowl I divided the concentrated tomato paste into 2 tablespoons of soup (ciolan juice).

It is not very clear to me why they are called bean caviar, maybe because it resembles caviar in appearance, maybe because it rubs with oil, like caviar, it is certain that it is very tasty and is very suitable now, during Lent. .
May I also tell you that it is very cheap? And because I used ready-cooked canned beans from my friends Sun Food, it was also super fast! In a maximum of 30 minutes it was eaten!
