Banana ice cream

Vanilla ice cream

Heat the milk (it should never reach boiling temperature).

While the milk is on the fire, dissect the vanilla pod with a knife and clean the "core" (I don't know exactly how to tell it). The cleaned paste is put in the milk on the fire. The core is set aside a little.

The 3 yolks beat well with the sugar until it acquires a pale color. Then add the vanilla that I extracted from the pods.

Remove the milk from the heat (which should not be hotter than 70 degrees. If you do not have a thermometer, keep the milk at a temperature that allows a thin layer of foam at the edges of the pot, but it does not boil). Use a little milk to temper the yolks. Specifically, pour a little milk into the yolks in which we chew vigorously to incorporate the hot milk. Pour the milk while chewing to prevent the sheep from coagulating and making the omelet from the high temperature of the milk. it takes about a cup of milk to bring the eggs to the right temperature.

After we have heated the eggs, we put them in the milk bowl that we put back on the fire. Chew continuously, taking care not to boil the liquid. The temperature to be kept is around 70 degrees c.

Strawberry ice cream & # 8211 video recipe

Thick, creamy and ridiculously easy to make. This ice cream is made with only 3 ingredients, it does not necessarily require an ice cream machine! An incredibly easy dessert to prepare, an innocent sweet snack that you can enjoy at this time of year at any time.

I made ice cream at the ice cream machine, but I guarantee you 100% that it will come out without it. But you need a single blender to mix all the ingredients very well.

The secret ingredient of this recipe is coconut cream, which will give the ice cream a creamy texture and a discreet coconut taste. After many searches, this cream from the Orthomolecular Pharmacy is the best, in fact brilliant.

Secondly, if you don't have an ice cream machine, I advise you to freeze the strawberries first and then mix them with the rest of the ingredients.

And the final ingredient of the recipe, agave syrup, which will sweeten the ice cream. For those who do not have agave syrup, you can use bee honey.


Method of preparation: put a casserole or tray in the freezer.
Add the capsules, coconut samnatana and agave syrup to the blender bowl. Mix until everything becomes creamy, 2-3 minutes, no more.
Pour the composition into the ice cream bowl or into the bowl you put in the freezer beforehand.
After 20 minutes the car is ready. In the freezer it is ready in 4-5 hours.
Pour the ice cream into the bowl and put it back in the freezer.
Before serving, leave it for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

Fruit ice cream

Drain the juices well and then pass them separately in different bowls with the vertical mixer, add the powdered sugar (according to everyone's taste). Beat the whipped cream and then add it to the two bowls with the fruit puree, mix well with the mixer for a few minutes. If we mix the ice cream well, it doesn't make ace and it comes out very creamy.

We put in a bowl a layer of the first composition (for me it was the cherry one) then carefully the second one. The compositions do not mix if mixed well. If you have doubts (doubts) then put the first layer in the freezer and let it freeze then put the other one (that if you have patience) hahaha.

It is a very good ice cream, with a creamy consistency, very easy to prepare. Especially for children it is excellent (and not only and we are children ..but older) because it contains fruits that may otherwise refuse to eat .. but it is much more tempting.

200 g raspberries (I bought it ready frozen)
200 g strawberries
2 teaspoons ricotta or mascarpone
1 teaspoon of organic honey

Equip the Kuvings juicer with ice cream sieve. The cold pressing method is ideal for fruit and vegetable recipes because it preserves the nutrients in them. Wash the strawberries and raspberries, and put them in the freezer for 30-40 minutes (if you haven't bought them ready frozen). Remove them and put them in the juicer. This is the option for small children and the recommended amount for the beginning is 2-3 teaspoons. For older children and adults you can put the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour. You can use various forms of ice cream depending on your preferences.
